Registration is free for all participants!


The deadline for pre-registration has passed. However, you can still register for and attend the conference! The free lunch is not guaranteed for participants who register after the deadline. Lunch will be available for purchase by participants who did not pre-register. All other conference events will be open to all registered participants.

    1. An estimated budget of your travel expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and support from your home institution.
    2. A letter from your academic advisor or department chair explaining that your institution cannot cover all of your travel expenses.
